-  - Responsibilities:
Engage with pet parents and their pets in store, over the phone, at the sales register, and online;
Greet customers and answer questions throughout the store;
Prepare online orders for pick-up in store and ensure a smooth pickup experience;
Provide direct care and safety for store-owned pets (feeding, watering, cleaning habitats);
Maintain store cleanliness and assist with product placement and promotions;
Promote events such as adoption weekends and charity activities;
Assist in various areas of the store as needed, including services;
Follow company policies and procedures and ensure a safe environment for associates and pets
