Essential Duties / Responsibilities
  • Inbound Lead Intake
    • Answer all incoming calls; greet walk‑ins.
    • Monitor and respond to web/marketing leads.
    • Capture complete contact and project details on first touch.
  • Qualification (2–5 minutes, structured)
    • Determine project type (kitchen/bath/other).
    • Establish budget range.
    • Confirm timeline.
    • Identify decision‑maker status.
    • Quickly assess fit versus non‑fit.
  • Scheduling & Routing
    • Convert qualified inquiries into scheduled consults for sales.
    • Route commercial vs. retail appropriately.
    • Set clear expectations for next steps and timing.
  • CRM Ownership (Stone Engage)
    • Create, clean, and maintain all leads; manage statuses and notes.
    • Log all interactions and set follow‑ups.
    • Enforce consistent naming, tagging, and pipeline stages.
  • Customer Communication (Pre‑Sale)
    • Provide basic information on process, timing, and next steps.
    • Send confirmations, reminders, and intake checklists.
    • Maintain fast and consistent response times.
  • Call Control
    • Protect sales time by filtering low‑probability inquiries.
    • Do not pull sales on calls unless qualified.
    • De‑escalate basic issues and route correctly.
Qualifications
  • Friendly and outgoing demeanor.
  • Top‑notch communication and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and multitasking ability.
  • Drive to grow within the company.
  • Prior customer‑service or sales experience is a plus but not required; personality and communication skills are most important.
