Junior Marketing Representative
The Junior Marketing Representative supports and executes regional marketing and sales initiatives under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager. This role plays a key part in driving patient growth, strengthening payer mix, and supporting clinic operations through strategic sales activity. This is a full-time position.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including formulas)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and implement sales plans to increase patient visits and improve payer mix
- Collaborate with Operations and Regional Sales teams to align and adjust monthly sales strategies
- Track weekly sales performance and adjust activities based on results
Drive growth in fee-for-service business - Train clinic leadership on sales processes and account management systems

Compensation:$40,000-$50,000 per year
