D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up with a mission of providing the best fitness philosophy and facility to its athletes, empowering them to improve themselves by efficiently and consistently reaching their fitness goals. We promise: "You pick the goal, we help you get there". This role is a high energy, enthusiastic front desk associate in a fast‑paced sales environment.
It involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. The front desk is the first and last employee to engage with customers and members, welcoming them, answering service related questions, tracking arrivals, and assisting with business operations.
- Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact.
- Nurturing leads through the sales process.
- Ensuring all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
- Prescribing and selling the correct services based on client needs/goals.
- High‑energy individual.
- 1+ year(s) of sales experience.
- 1+ year(s) in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
