- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in insurance or a related financial sector.
- Strong track record of scaling high‑performing sales organizations.
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and regulatory standards in Virginia.
- Advanced certification in insurance or business administration.
- Mastery of sales pipeline management and CRM technologies.
- Excellent public speaking and interpersonal abilities.
