We are currently looking to add Part Time Sales Assistant to support our New Home Consultants in a model home environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, organization, and supporting face-paced sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage prospective home buyers and assist with the sales discovery process.
• Support New Home Sales Consultants in achieving sales goals, including qualifying prospects and preparing purchase agreements.
• Track appointments, traffic and follow-up activities in Lasso.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects and assist with post-visit follow-ups.
• Support relator relationships and follow up after model home visits.
• Open, close, and maintain model homes to ensure a clean, professional presentation.
• Ensure signage, sales materials, and office supplies are accurate and stocked
• Assist with administrative tasks such as reports, MLS updates, scheduling and answering phones.
• On-site in a model home and active residential community.
• Must be able to work on weekends.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Lasso experience is a plus).
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a sales environment.
