Termite Technicians use their expertise to protect customers  properties from wood destroying organisms. As a Termite Technician you are the first line of defense in preserving and safeguarding customers  properties. The inspections, prevention, and treatment services you provide create peace of mind and comfort for our customers.

• Identify customer s termite problems and have knowledge of termite behaviors and habits to determine remedial steps
• Perform termite treatment services safely and according to company guidelines and standard practices
• Apply anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions
• Communicate to the customer critical conditions that are conducive to termite activity and discuss procedures and structural modifications, which may be supplemental to the treatment process
• Verify that job specifications are appropriate for each work order
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment
• Complete production forms documenting services provided
• Interact with customers and explain services provided

• Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations
• Prepare the job site for treatment
• Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders
• Comfortable working 20 feet up on a ladder and in small confined spaces
• General laborer, carpentry, cement, roofing, gutter and attic experience is a plus
• Ability to work on roofs and high areas
• Move regularly through varied positions and movements, including sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and navigating stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), such as an OSHA-compliant respirator, and work in confined spaces and narrow passageways where critters live

• Clean shaven face for safety reasons (rebreathers must seal to the face)
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver s license (Company vehicle and gas card provided)
• At least 1 year of customer service experience; termite control experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Flexibility with working hours, Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us)
• Basic math skills for mixing products and following instructions on labels

Base Pay Range:
Hourly $20.00 - $23.00

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
