Edward Rose & Sons invites a Standby Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team at our Midlothian community. This role requires living in a company-provided apartment and being available for after-hours emergencies on a rotating basis.
You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, respond to work orders, and uphold safety standards. EPA and CPO certifications are preferred; valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required.
