Plumbing Technician

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Repair and replace faucets, toilets, sinks, flush valves, water heaters, garbage disposals, backflow devices, valves, water meters, and related equipment
• Install plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and other plumbing equipment
• Diagnose and clear sewer and drain issues
• Inspect sewer and service lines using camera and diagnostic equipment
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls, including clogged drains, broken water lines, frozen pipes, gas odors, and potential gas leaks
• Complete approved repairs and installations safely and efficiently according to industry standards
• Clearly communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations to customers
• Complete required service documentation and collect payment for completed work
• Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the workday
• Properly maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plumbing Technician/Plumber
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in residential and/or commercial settings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage service calls efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with customers, coworkers, and management
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and MVR review in accordance with company standards
