Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Delivery Driver who will operate a box truck to transport construction and insulation materials from our warehouse and vendor locations to construction sites and affiliated construction groups. This position is responsible for loading and unloading products, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. During downtime, the Delivery Driver will also assist with general warehouse duties to help maintain efficient daily operations.

This role plays a key part in supporting our team and ensuring they receive the materials required to perform work and complete projects safely and on time.

Major Duties And Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company vehicles to deliver materials, tools, and general supplies to construction sites, warehouses, and other locations.
  • Load, unload, and secure materials to ensure safe transport.
  • Verify delivery orders and maintain accurate delivery logs.
  • Communicate effectively with management, team members, and field personnel regarding delivery status and any issues.
  • Maintain vehicles in good working condition, including pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and federal/state driving regulations.
  • Assist with other warehouse or job site duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to obtain and maintain a REAL ‑compliant credential or other federally acceptable  (e.g., U.S. passport) for access to secure and/or federal/military facilities.
  • Ability to read maps, follow GPS directions, and navigate routes efficiently.
  • Basic math skills and ability to document deliveries accurately.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Construction industry experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Able to walk, sit, stand, bend, kneel, stretch, squat and climb.
  • Able to travel to job sites, meetings, and other destinations.
  • Able to wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Able to work with specialized construction equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Able to see, talk and hear in person, via phone and/or through online/video.
  • Able to use hands and fingers in a manner that allows for use of a keyboard and phone.
  • Able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
