Position: Booking Agent (Rentals)
IGrow Wealth Investments Group of Companies, proudly positioned as South Africa’s #1 Investment company, is seeking a motivated Booking Agent to join our team in Midrand, Gauteng.

To qualify for this position, you need:

Grade 12.
Minimum 1 year property industry experience.
Ability to work under pressure.
High attention to detail.
Ability to follow processes and escalate correctly.
Maintain professional telephone etiquette.
Own vehicle & valid drivers license.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Be professional.
Experience in the property industry beneficial.

To qualify for this position, you need:

All onboarding tenant inspection bookings.
Schedule inspectors diaries for entries,exit, and quality control inspections (NB –when there is a tenanted onboarding building,inspectors will be responsible for calling and scheduling their diaries).
When there is an onboarding tenanted building, ensure that the allocated inspector has contacted all clients loaded for entries, changeovers, and exits to arrange a suitable time and date.
All QCI inspection bookings and scheduling into inspectors diaries (Excluding the month end and new month (25th – 7 th).
Obtain approval from the landlord for us to attend to the QCI and deduct R350 from the following month rental.
Keep the Cape Town QCI sheet updated at all times.
Tag the allocated portfolio administrator to load the R350 for a deduction on Pay Prop.
Ensure that all clients have been contacted by the relevant inspector that are loaded for entries,changeover and exits to arrange a suitable time and date.
When required, assist with application processing.
