Location: Midrand
Salary: R10,000 – R14,000 (depending on experience)
Overview:
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual with up to 2 years of experience who is eager to gain exposure in finance and administration. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask will be key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the debtors’ book and ensure timely collection of payments
- Handle insurance management for the company’s fleet (maintain policies, log claims, and follow up on claims)
- Perform general administrative duties to support the finance and operations teams
- Communicate effectively with internal staff, clients, and service providers
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (essential)
- 0–2 years’ relevant experience
- A degree or tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- Multilingual abilities (advantageous)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
