Location: Midrand, Johannesburg
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Salary: Market-related (experience dependent)
The Adminsitrator will provide high-level administrative, organisational, and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment. Must have Marketing/Social Media experience on website and social media platforms.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organised, and confident supporting senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full administrative support to the CEO and Team
- Must be able to create content on Canva, Adobe, edit and post
- Understand how a website back end works - banners
- Manage diaries, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and minutes
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of the CEO
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Support day-to-day office coordination and ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Follow up on action items and deadlines on behalf of the CEO
- 3–5 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Experience supporting senior management or C-suite executives
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and planning skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong administrative and coordination capability
