Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Assistant to join their dynamic team on a contractual basis. The successful candidate will support the efficient management of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring compliance, safety, and cost optimization across operations. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service providers to maintain high operational standards and ensure smooth day-to-day fleet administration.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in fleet management or administrative support
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, with strong Excel skills

• Administer vehicle insurance processes, including claims and renewals
• Manage vehicle tracking systems and reporting
• Coordinate vehicle license renewals and ensure compliance
• Oversee petrol card administration and reconciliation
• Arrange windscreen replacements and general vehicle maintenance coordination
• Provide relief support at Reception when required
• Assist with general office administration duties
