• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, supporting the team in areas like process improvement and workflow optimization
• Provide technical writing support, ensuring accurate and clear process documentation
• Manage and complete ad-hoc tasks related to operations, as assigned by the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for enhancing operational processes
• Analyze and report on data to help improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Support in the preparation of operational reports, presentations, and process flows
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, including documentation and data entry
• Stay updated on industry best practices and contribute ideas for process enhancements

• Matric
• Undergraduate/Postgraduate in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Operations Management
• Entry-level experience
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Relevant certifications (eg Certified Technical Writer or specific software certifications) are beneficial
