Strategy Manager

As a Strategy Manager within CEO Advisory, you will help C-suite executives navigate complex enterprise decisions and shape strategic agendas that drive growth, performance, resilience, and reinvention.

You will work alongside CEOs, Executive Leadership Teams, Boards, and senior business leaders to identify opportunities, solve critical business challenges, and translate strategic ambition into actionable outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, operating model design, performance improvement, AI-enabled reinvention, and industry expertise.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, analytical rigor, executive communication skills, and industry insight to help clients address their most important enterprise priorities.

• Support CEOs, Boards, and Executive Leadership Teams in addressing complex strategic and business challenges.
• Develop enterprise-wide strategic recommendations that connect growth, performance, workforce, technology, sustainability, and operating model priorities.
• Facilitate executive workshops, leadership discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, discussion papers, and board-ready materials.

• Conduct market, competitor, and industry analyses to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
• Support the development of corporate growth strategies and strategic transformation programs.
• Build business cases, investment recommendations, and strategic roadmaps.
• Translate macroeconomic, geopolitical, and industry trends into actionable client insights.

• Help clients shape and execute enterprise-wide reinvention agendas.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance, productivity, profitability, and growth.
• Design transformation roadmaps and implementation plans aligned to strategic objectives.
• Support operating model redesign and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

• Lead quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve client problems.
• Translate complex data into meaningful insights and executive narratives.
• Develop strategic models, scenario analyses, and decision-support frameworks.
• Apply AI-enabled and technology-driven approaches to enhance strategic decision-making.

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day engagement delivery across work streams.
• Support business development, proposal development, and opportunity identification.
• Contribute to client account growth by identifying new strategic opportunities.

• Contribute to thought leadership, point-of-view development, and intellectual property creation.
• Support recruitment, mentoring, and capability development within the CEO Advisory practice.
• Participate in Industry & Enterprise and CEO Advisory community initiatives.
• Share industry insights and best practices across teams.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, or a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, management consulting, business transformation, or executive advisory.
• Experience working with senior leadership teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex work streams and delivering strategic recommendations.
• Exposure to enterprise transformation, business performance improvement, or operating model initiatives is advantageous
