Specialist Dealer

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Dealer Commissions administration and processing.
• Strong expertise in financial reconciliations and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience utilizing systems such as Eppix, Siebel, Remedy, and Infoweb.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and query resolution abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and critical‑thinking capabilities.

• Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in Dealer Commissions administration and management.
• Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in month-end financial reporting processes.
• Relevant accounting qualification.
• Proven experience engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial and operational queries.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with senior leadership, including Executive Heads, Managing Executives, and other key stakeholders.

• Matric (Grade 12) – Essential.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field – Essential.

• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
• Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience working within complex, high-volume transactional environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
