Key Responsibilities Transaction Processing

  • Process and manage supplier invoices, subcontractor payments, and project expenses
  • Ensure all transactions are:
    • Accurate
    • Complete
    • Processed within required timelines
  • Resolve discrepancies and follow up on outstanding payments
Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with:
    • Project managers
    • Site teams
    • Suppliers and subcontractors
    • Finance support
  • Act as a key contact for transaction-related queries
  • Ensure smooth communication across teams
Compliance & Controls
  • Ensure transactions align with:
    • Company processes
    • Contract agreements
  • Identify risks or inconsistencies and elevate where necessary
  • Support audit preparation and compliance checks
Documentation & Administration
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of:
    • Contracts
    • Invoices
    • Payment schedules
  • Ensure all supporting documents are filed and audit‑ready
Financial & Project Support
  • Assist with:
    • Capturing transactions correctly
    • Allocating costs to the correct projects and budgets
  • Support reconciliations (supplier and project level)
  • Work closely with finance to ensure clean and accurate data
Process Improvement (Key for Start‑Up)
  • Help identify inefficiencies in transaction processes
  • Suggest and implement practical improvements and controls
  • Contribute to building scalable systems as the company grows
Reporting
  • Assist with basic reporting on:
    • Project spend
    • Outstanding payments
    • Transaction issues
  • Provide insights to support operational decision‑making
Key Requirements
  • 2–3 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly organized and proactive
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving start‑up environment
  • Experience in construction or project‑based environments is an advantage
