Key Responsibilities Transaction Processing
- Process and manage supplier invoices, subcontractor payments, and project expenses
- Ensure all transactions are:
- Accurate
- Complete
- Processed within required timelines
- Resolve discrepancies and follow up on outstanding payments
- Work closely with:
- Project managers
- Site teams
- Suppliers and subcontractors
- Finance support
- Act as a key contact for transaction-related queries
- Ensure smooth communication across teams
- Ensure transactions align with:
- Company processes
- Contract agreements
- Identify risks or inconsistencies and elevate where necessary
- Support audit preparation and compliance checks
- Maintain accurate and organized records of:
- Contracts
- Invoices
- Payment schedules
- Ensure all supporting documents are filed and audit‑ready
- Assist with:
- Capturing transactions correctly
- Allocating costs to the correct projects and budgets
- Support reconciliations (supplier and project level)
- Work closely with finance to ensure clean and accurate data
- Help identify inefficiencies in transaction processes
- Suggest and implement practical improvements and controls
- Contribute to building scalable systems as the company grows
- Assist with basic reporting on:
- Project spend
- Outstanding payments
- Transaction issues
- Provide insights to support operational decision‑making
- 2–3 years’ experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized and proactive
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving start‑up environment
- Experience in construction or project‑based environments is an advantage
- Hands‑on and willing to get involved in multiple areas
- Comfortable working with limited structure (start‑up environment)
- Strong problem‑solver with a proactive mindset
- Eager to grow and take on more responsibility
