• Client Leadership & Advisory
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and Finance leadership teams, shaping their finance transformation agenda.
  • Lead CFO‑level conversations on:
    • Finance Operating Model redesign
    • Digital Finance and ERP transformation (e.g., SAP S/4
      
      HANA)
    • Data, analytics, and AI in finance
  • Translate business strategy into finance‑led value creation opportunities.
• Finance Transformation Delivery
  • Own end‑to‑end finance reinvention programmes, including:
  • Financial planning & analysis (FP&A) modernisation
  • Finance platform transformation (SAP, Oracle)
  • Intelligent Finance Operations, including integration of:
    • Advanced analytics and predictive insights
    • AI‑driven automation (e.g., close, forecasting, anomaly detection)
    • Data governance and finance data models
  • GBS design and implementation
• Account & Growth Leadership
  • Identify and originate finance transformation opportunities across priority accounts.
  • Own pipeline development and conversion for Finance Reinvention offerings.
  • Shape and lead proposals, RFP responses, and deal structuring.
  • Contribute to account growth strategy and positioning of Finance as a key entry point.
• Practice Development & Thought Leadership
  • Build and scale Finance Reinvention capability locally/regionally.
  • Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and industry‑specific propositions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership on:
    Future of Finance, CFO agenda in South Africa / Africa.
  • Mentor and develop next‑generation finance transformation leaders.

• Finance processes (R2R, FP&A, O2C, P2P)
• Finance operating models and shared services
• Regulatory, compliance, and reporting requirements

• Extensive senior finance leadership experience in complex, global, matrixed organisations.
• Strong exposure to ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle) and digital finance tools.
• Experience embedding data, analytics, and AI into finance.

• Strong executive presence and ability to influence at C‑suite level.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and close deals.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary teams.
