Finance Mentors

Overview

We are recruiting Finance Mentors with a passion for empowering SMEs and improving their financial performance. The Transformation Legacy supports SMEs by offering mentorship, networks, information, tools, and skills to guide them toward impactful business outcomes. Through partnerships with corporates, government, and development organizations, we design and implement programs that enable SMEs to contribute meaningfully to the economy. Our mission is to equip entrepreneurs with the skills, tools, and support they require to achieve sustainable business growth and create generational wealth.

• Transfer financial management skills to SMEs to enable financial sustainability in their businesses.
• Work with each SME through monthly one-on-one sessions to help them develop financial goals and build financial management practices.
• Assist SMEs in effectively managing their finances.

• Academic degree in accounting.
• 3 years of experience or more.
• Registered with an accounting body (e.g., IAC, CIMA, SAICA).
• COMENSA accreditation is an advantage.
• Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a technical assessment.
