Financial and Admin Manager

A well-established company is seeking a Financial and Admin Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full finance function, managing stock-related financial processes, and ensuring the smooth running of financial and administrative operations.

• Manage the full finance function
• Oversee stock control and stock-related financial processes
• Perform monthly reconciliations and reporting
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Prepare management accounts and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support day-to-day administrative functions
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

• B.Com Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 1–3 years' relevant experience
• Experience with in a stock-driven environment is essential
• Experience managing the full finance function
• Strong financial and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• No management experience required
