Key Duties Tax Management

• Assist in tax planning, provide tax advice, and reduce tax risk at both organizational and group level, covering VAT, PAYE, SDL, UIF, CIT, TP, customs, and Ad Valorem
• Support company secretarial functions for the holding entity and subsidiaries
• Contribute to the annual year‑end external audit process
• Assist with resolving findings from both external and internal audits
• Monitor and ensure tax‑related issues are addressed promptly to minimize organizational risk

• Prepare and submit all statutory returns and maintain relevant statements of accounts
• Address and resolve queries related to statutory returns and reports
• Ensure closure of statutory annual accounts in line with statutory deadlines

• Assist management in designing and implementing adequate systems of control
• Assess current systems for weaknesses and recommend improvements

• Assist with monthly closing and management of deadlines, targets and reporting
