A growing cultivation and production business is seeking a Finance & Administration Manager to oversee the full finance function while supporting the operational side of the business. This role offers broad exposure and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a specialised industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full finance function
  • Prepare management accounts and financial reports
  • Manage stock accounting and inventory controls
  • Perform budgeting and cash flow management
  • Ensure VAT and statutory compliance
  • Support operational finance and reporting
Job Experience and Skills Required

Qualifications:

  • BCom Degree

Experience:

  • 1-3 years' commercial finance experience
  • Stock environment experience essential
  • Full finance function experience

Skills &

Competencies:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Inventory accounting
  • Financial reporting
  • Strong organisational skills
