DBSA in Midrand is seeking an Investment Officer to originate, appraise, structure and execute municipal infrastructure-finance transactions. You will generate deal flow and build a strong pipeline of development-financing opportunities in the public sector.
Responsibilities include commercial analysis, financial modelling and risk assessment; negotiating transaction documents; preparing Investment Committee papers; and collaborating with Treasury, Legal and Credit teams to secure approvals.
