MiWay is seeking a dedicated finance professional responsible for processing management expenses payments, reconciling supplier accounts, administering company credit cards, and updating the fixed asset register. The successful candidate will work on financial projects, manage fleet card administration, and perform monthly reconciliations.
Responsibilities- Process management expenses payments in the JDE system
- Investigate accounts payable issues as needed
- Update the fixed asset register and process depreciation journals
- Reconcile fixed assets
- Administer company credit cards
- Reconcile Visa Spend System to JDE system (GL) monthly
- Administer fleet cards, including applications, cancellations, and amendments
- Prepare monthly accrual schedules
- Manage quarterly submissions to the Reserve Bank and SASRIA
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
- Finance Qualification (BCom Degree or equivalent)
- Basic Excel skills
- Knowledge of IFRS and Tax Acts (VAT)
- Experience with JD Edwards General Ledger
