You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with unparalleled service and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty programs.
- Manage guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Oversee the coordination of guest services, including check-in/check-out, concierge, and special requests.
- Train and mentor front-desk staff to uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout their stay.
- Monitor guest feedback channels and implement improvements based on insights.
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Manager or in a similar guest-facing role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, front office procedures, and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and CRM systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
