65 000 CTC per month - R70 000 CTC per month Human Resources Manager

Minimum requirements:
  • BCom Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8–12 years’ HR experience, with proven Administrative Competency and significant experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Strategic leadership with strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Expert knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR governance.
  • Ability to influence, challenge, and partner at the executive and board level.
  • Strong change management and organisational development capability.
  • Strong Administrative Skills
  • Expert Ethics Compliance Skills
  • High levels of integrity, discretion, and ethical leadership.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to people strategy.
  • Postgraduate qualification (Honours / Master’s) is advantageous.
