• Lead the development and implementation of the Media and Channel Integration strategy, ensuring alignment with wider corporate strategy.
• Communicate actions needed to implement the strategy and brand plans; inspire commitment across teams.
• Oversee effective creation, implementation, and maintenance of Media and Channel Integration strategies to achieve ROI and brand presence.
• Manage and optimise budgets to deliver against business objectives.
• Ensure integration of A&G, Virseker & Partnerships media strategy with the overall brand strategy.
• Manage stakeholders up to C‑suite level, leading engagement plans and collaboration with Marketing Managers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers.
• Oversee media buying and partner relationships; negotiate service‑level agreements.
• Implement innovation processes and stay up to date with media market developments.
• Lead a diverse team, set objectives, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to the digital marketing roadmap, enablement strategies, and capability building.

Relevant 3‑year Business‑related degree/diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Media, or Advertising (Essential)

• 8–10 years experience in Media or Channel Strategy environment (Essential)
• Experience in financial services (Advantageous)
• 3–4 years management experience (Essential)
