A Dynamic Company is seeking a Sales Team Leader that will be responsible for managing, motivating, and developing a team of sales consultants within a financial services/debt management environment. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving team performance, and delivering ethical debt solutions that meet clients’ financial needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve and exceed monthly targets

  • Monitor daily sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates

  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and performance reviews

  • Provide ongoing product, compliance, and objection-handling training

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with financial services regulations and company policies

  • Support complex client cases and escalations

  • Motivate and inspire the team to maintain high levels of productivity and morale

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff

  • Analyze sales data and implement improvement strategies

  • Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to ensure quality standards are met

  • Quality assurance scores

  • Compliance adherence

  • Call monitoring results

  • Staff retention and development

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in financial services or debt management sales

  • Registered Debt Counselor or Debt Counselling Experience
  • Previous team leader or supervisory experience

  • Strong understanding of debt solutions and financial regulations

  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills

  • Strong communication and coaching ability

  • Target-driven with strong analytical skills

  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure, performance-based environment
