Sales Manager

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with proven Isuzu sales experience to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will drive sales performance, manage dealership targets, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans specifically for Isuzu vehicles.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, fleet managers, and commercial accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Ensure adherence to dealership policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
Direct experience with Isuzu vehicles is essential.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Target-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
