Summary
Datacentrix is looking for a Procurement Supervisor to manage our procurement department and all related functions. This includes staff management of approximately six employees, goal setting, KPI measurement, leave and skills enhancement. The successful incumbent will coordinate the processing of ERP transactions including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Credit Notes, Stock Transfers in accordance with agreed Operational Level Agreements. They will constantly measure output and risk reduction.
Vendor/Supplier & Contractor coordination via conformance and performance management. SHEQ compliance aligned to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & 45001:2017 standards. Order and Invoicing Management. Performance management of department including coordination of internal audits & self‑assessments. Collate high‑level reporting including management, analytical and statistical input to output. Draft, implement and maintain policies and procedures, including all Quality documentation. Manage processes & exception transactions, verify correctness and approve all exception transactions, analysing and resolving queries.
Implement and maintain all management controls with focus on optimisation of resources through system enhancement and process efficiency. Real‑time OLA management and workload distribution. Coordinate all projects related to logistics. Strictly enforce Company Policy. Engage with Sales, solutions, services and other assigned business units on queries, reports, reconciliations and suggested corrective and preventive actions.

- MS Office
- Experience in Procurement Ordering and Invoicing Management
- Experience in EXCO reporting and presentations
- Experience in management of multiple departments and/or functions
- Supply Chain/Logistics Management experience
- Identifying and providing internal training
- Financial background
- Assist Procurement and Admin Manager to identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventative actions by due dates.
- Identify all SHEQ risks within the company as a whole to the Procurement and Admin Manager.
- Ensure communication of all identified risks to direct reports during quarterly department meetings.
- Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures, all internal logistics regulations, and all previously communicated instructions and processes by yourself and staff.
- Manage corrective, preventative and disciplinary actions for any non‑conformances in the Services Procurement department.
- Communicate, implement and manage the achievement of the Services Procurement department objectives for the financial year.
- Maintain and assess all quality documents applicable to the department during the financial year.
- Ensure all reporting from Services Procurement department is submitted on time, with correct company branding and on first submission.
- Operational manage all functions of the Services Procurement department.
- Manage employee engagement and skills development for the Services Procurement department staff.
