- Contact and qualify rental leads generated via our marketing channels.
- Create rapport quickly and confidently over the phone.
- Provide accurate information and pass on high-quality leads to on‑site teams.
- Track lead performance using our CRM and help optimise conversion.
- Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and client care to improve outreach strategy.
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Tertiary education would be advantageous.
- PRA FFC (NQF Level 4 Real Estate) will be advantageous.
- 2-3 years experience in insurance call centre.
- 2-3 years experience in property sales or rentals will be advantageous.
- Must be able to sell over the phone.
- Must be well spoken in English and 2 other additional languages.
- Have high work ethic.
- Excellent people skills and good interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work within CRM systems.
- Excellent understanding of sales principles (i.e., needs analysis and establishing trust).
