What You Will Do:
  • Contact and qualify rental leads generated via our marketing channels.
  • Create rapport quickly and confidently over the phone.
  • Provide accurate information and pass on high-quality leads to on‑site teams.
  • Track lead performance using our CRM and help optimise conversion.
  • Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and client care to improve outreach strategy.
Qualifications
  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Tertiary education would be advantageous.
  • PRA FFC (NQF Level 4 Real Estate) will be advantageous.
Experience
  • 2-3 years experience in insurance call centre.
  • 2-3 years experience in property sales or rentals will be advantageous.
Skills/Core Competencies
  • Must be able to sell over the phone.
  • Must be well spoken in English and 2 other additional languages.
  • Have high work ethic.
  • Excellent people skills and good interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to work within CRM systems.
  • Excellent understanding of sales principles (i.e., needs analysis and establishing trust).
