Job Title:

Internal Sales Representative – Label Solutions

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a motivated and organized Internal Sales Representative to join their label solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare Quotes, Sales Orders and other sales documentation as required timeously, correctly and efficiently.

You will be expected to assist the Reps in achieving set out targets and budgets. This will be in collaboration with your fellow sales coordinators

Prepares and then follows up on all sales quotations made for clients.

Liaises between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.

Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the various departments.

The Sales Coordinator may also be required to produce reports as and when required by the Reps to do so.

Attend sales meetings, as and when required, with the Sales Team to discuss upcoming engagements, appointments, events, production problems, site visits etc.

Must be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organize their workload and the initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner.

Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the Sales Team by redirecting or taking messages.

Ensure the Sales Team is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements they are involved in. Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the Sales Team.
Telephone relief as necessary throughout the day. The doorbell also needs to be answered in the absence of the receptionist

Updating our customer database and inputting sales orders; coordinating mailshots and scheduling customer demonstrations;

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the label solutions industry or related field.

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

Strong business acumen and market awareness.

Experience in flexographic labeling, digital labeling, or CI labeling is highly desirable.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
