Overview

The Cloud Channel Manager is responsible for success of the Cloudmania partner channel in the defined territory. This includes partner recruitment, partner enablement, partner progression, reseller sales, reporting attainment of target KPAs and supporting Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to develop and grow the cloud business though channel partners. The Cloud Channel Manager plans and implements the channel sales objectives, initiatives and sales strategies both directly and with PDMs where available to maximise revenue, meet sales targets and attain specified KPIs related to non-revenue channel growth targets.

The defined territory is South Africa. Close collaboration with the South Africa channel sales teams is required. Build strong relationships with Vendors and partner resources to achieve set organisational goals. Working with rest of team to effectively build and integrate vendor GTMs and programmes in to the GTM of Cloudmania. Marketplace and platform integration of key initiatives is important.

Qualifications
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Graduate degree - Essential
  • Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace certification (MS900 and AZ900) - Essential
  • Google Digital Leader - Essential
  • Cyber Security Exposure - Desired
  • Backup and DR Exposure - Desired
  • Platform / Marketplace Integration and Development - Desired
Experience
  • Work in a CSP or distributor environment (3 – 5 years) - Essential
  • Sales (3 – 5 years) - Essential
