Job Title: B2B Sales Executive (B2B Business Development)

Our Client is a global leader in networking and smart technology, offering reliable, high-performance products and solutions to homes and businesses, and they are an international distributor. The company is expanding its footprint in the commercial and enterprise space, and we are looking for a B2B Sales Executive (B2B Business Development) to drive growth and build long-term partnerships in the region.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive (B2B Business Development) for their Midrand Team.
The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for driving business development and channel growth by identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic B2B partners, including ISPs, system integrators, and value-added resellers. The role combines account management, sales execution, and technical enablement to expand footprint across its product lines, including SMB Networking, CCTV Surveillance, Smart Home devices, and ISP Solutions.
Required qualification and working knowledge:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, ICT, Networking, or a related field.
- Knowledge of product lines to include SMB Networking, CCTV Surveillance, Smart Home devices, and ISP Solutions.
- Previous experience in B2B channel sales or technical sales within ICT.
- Understanding of networking, surveillance, or smart home technologies.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales or channel management, ideally
- within ICT, networking, or security solutions.
- Strong account management and business development skills.
- Experience negotiating contracts and partnership agreements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse market data and sales performance to inform strategy.
- Familiarity with technical product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Business Development s Channel Growth
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new B2B partners including ISPs, system integrators, and value-added resellers.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand presence in the market.
- Drive sales growth across all B2B product lines.
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Account Management
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing key partners to ensure retention and sales growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, stock levels, marketing plans, and sell-through progress.
- Collaborate with partners to develop go-to-market (GTM) plans and promotional activities.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and order planning through strong communication with distributors and internal teams.
- Sales Execution s Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned B2B sales targets and contribute to regional revenue goals.
- Track, analyse, and report on sales performance and opportunities.
- Technical Product Enablement
- Work closely with the technical team to provide product training and demonstrations to partners.
- Ensure partners are equipped with the latest product knowledge, certifications, and solution updates through the Academy.
- Coordinate proof-of-concept (POC) and demo installations.
- Marketing Collaboration
- Support marketing campaigns, trade shows, open days, and roadshows to promote the B2B solutions.
- Assist in co-developing partner marketing materials, digital content, and event strategies.
- Identify opportunities for joint marketing investments and sales incentives.
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements in the ICT and networking sector.
- Provide actionable insights to management for product positioning and strategy refinement.
