To call on General Practitioners, Specialists, Pediatricians, Pharmacists, and Nursing Sisters
Key Job Outputs- To establish and maintain excellent relationships with key customers & decision makers
- To consistently achieve Market Share and growth objectives for area
- Successful implementation of marketing strategies
- Meet all sales, customer coverage and activity objectives
- To respond adequately & professionally to customer complaints & queries
- Diligent reporting as required by the line manager
- To efficiently manage expenses
- Clear understanding of ROI and own territory
- Ability to reason and be innovative
- Demonstrated problem‑solving ability
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate key outputs of clinical trials
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team setting
- Ability to analyse and interpret data and put into action a plan to address deficiencies.
- Sound technical knowledge and insight of the Pharmaceutical industry
- Consistent application of strategic priorities
- Customer service orientated & Strong negotiation skills
- Consistently achieves financial & innovation targets
- Sound understanding of business principles & processes
- Attention to detail & Selling skills
- Problem solving & decision-making skills
- Commercial awareness and financial skills
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitor & market dynamics
- Ability to plan and work independently
- Dermatology Experience would be an advantage
- Commercial selling at independent pharmacies will be an advantage

Requirements- Tertiary qualification:
Science Degree (BSc, BPharm) - Computer literacy: MS Office (proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- A valid driver’s license
- Preferably have solid relationships with the target audience, full understanding of performance drivers, including metrics around market share and EI.
- Very good understanding, knowledge, and insight within identified therapeutic area, i.e. Vaccines would be an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years of successful experience as a Medical Sales Rep in the therapeutic area identified.
- Previous experience within the aligned territory will be an advantage
- Proven track record in sales will be key
- Proven track record in meeting input targets
