The main purpose of the role:
The Internal Key Account Manager oversees profitable growth for new and existing Priority Customers, aligning business offers with customer needs. Their goal is to enhance relationships, create value, and expand influence within customer organisations. They ensure excellent customer experiences and align with partners to meet service needs, covering customers nationally.
Requirements:
- Matric and relevant commercial and/or technical qualifications in business or related to technical innovation (Mechatronics, IOT, Research, Science, Electronics)
- At least 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience, ideally within a business‐to‐business solution selling and account growth environment
- Developed business and commercial acumen
- Digitally capable
- SAP CRM experience would be beneficial
- Familiar with value-led sales techniques
- Effective negotiator and influencer with outstanding written and verbal communication skills to simply and concisely communicate value and complex solutions
- Technical aptitude and/ or experience with an affinity for the latest advancements in technology
- Hold a current SA Driver’s License
