TP-Link South Africa is seeking a results-driven ISP Key Account Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen strategic relationships with key ISP and enterprise clients. This role is ideal for professionals with proven B2B sales experience who can execute strategic sales initiatives and deliver measurable results in the South African ISP and telecommunications market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across ISP and enterprise segments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key ISP clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead prospecting, pipeline development, and networking to expand the customer base.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and prepare accurate pricing proposals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to internal teams to support product development and strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in ISP, telecommunications, or technology solutions sales.
  • 3 - 5 years in B2B/ISP sales or account management.
  • Experience in B2B sales and strategic account management, focusing on ISP or enterprise clients.
  • Strong knowledge of network services, broadband solutions, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage key client relationships.
  • Established network and relationships within the ISP or telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or professional certifications in sales, networking, or ISP services.
