Solar Business Development Manager

A fast-growing player in the energy solutions sector is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to expand market share and grow strategic accounts. This is a high-impact role for a commercially sharp professional who thrives on new business development, territory ownership, and building long-term client relationships within the energy and power space.

• Proven experience in energy, solar, power, or electrical solution sales
• Strong track record in business development and territory growth
• Ability to operate independently and manage a regional pipeline
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills

• Drive new business acquisition across assigned territory
• Develop and manage distributor, installer, and EPC relationships
• Identify and close project-based energy opportunities
• Manage key accounts and strategic partnerships
• Deliver accurate forecasting and structured sales reporting
