Our client, in the Uniform and Promotional Industry, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team based in Midrand. This is key role acts as the operational backbone of the Sales Department and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process. The ideal candidate will be highly dependable, deadline-driven, and motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Matric
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain will be advantageous
- 2 – 4 years in a sales support, coordination, or administration roles
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Proficiency in CRM or ERP systems
Account Coordination
- Act as the primary internal contact for all clients
- Manage large-scale orders from initial quote to final delivery
- Receive and capture complex orders
- Ensure all branding specs, sizes, and quantities are exact
- Track production and delivery timelines
- Ensure important dates, events and periods are not missed
- Coordinate with embroidery, printing, and logistics teams to confirm stock availability and production status
- Prepare detailed costings and professional proposals
- Issue accurate invoices
- Follow up on payment status for accounts
- Organise and track product samples sent to clients for sizing sets or promotional approvals
- Maintain the CRM with updated contact lists and corporate buyer information
