Sales Consultant - Motor Dealer

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Gauteng team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships within the motor dealer and fleet management sectors, and driving the growth of Netstar's vehicle tracking and recovery solutions. If you have a passion for sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets,

• Provide general sales support, including needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations for tracking device solutions
• Identify prospects and business opportunities to grow the portfolio within the Motor Dealer segment
• Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation through Motor Dealers, Dealer Principals, Fleet Managers, and F&I Managers and Fitment centre partners
• Achieve or exceed allocated sales and revenue targets as set out by management
• Ensure CRM and activity reports are updated daily with all relevant activities
• Proactively up-sell and cross-sell Netstar tracking and stolen vehicle recovery products into accounts gained
• Conduct regular training and product presentations on Netstar’s service offerings to motor dealer partners
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with prospect dealers, existing dealer partners and relevant stakeholders
• New business development: target expansion opportunities within Gauteng

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years’ experience in sales consulting, motor dealer, or vehicle tracking industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Strong understanding of the motor dealer environment, F&I processes, and vehicle tracking solutions
