Repair Technician

Manage the daily repair operations for the ASUS repair line, including overseeing spare parts usage and inventory reporting, performing troubleshooting, system installations, updates, and software configurations, and maintaining accurate repair records and job cards in CRM systems.

• Ensuring turnaround times meet customer expectations
• Managing repair return rates and quality outcomes
• Overseeing daily productivity and output volume
• Ensuring compliance with OEM standards
• Maintaining accuracy in parts usage and reporting

…we expect you to demonstrate the following key competencies:

• Deliver high-quality repairs with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and meeting turnaround time targets
• Apply strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to resolve issues effectively and minimize repeat repairs

• Ensure repairs meet customer expectations and quality standards
• Maintain attention to detail to reduce return rates and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate strong hardware and software troubleshooting capabilities
• Work confidently with OEM repair systems, diagnostic tools, and CRM platforms
• Accurately document repairs, parts usage, and service records in digital systems

• Technical certification in IT/Electronics/Computer Repair
• OEM accreditation preferred
