In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of our clients by diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.

• Install, maintain, and repair electronic equipment and systems in the field to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of equipment to identify defects or potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide expert advice and solutions for system enhancements.
• Document service activities, including maintenance records, reports, and client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data management.
• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of technical equipment and systems.

• Associate degree or certification in electronics, telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a field technician or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in various outdoor environments.
