• Participate in workshop training sessions and on‑job learning assignments.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.

• A strong interest in mechanical engineering and hands‑on work.
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent, with a focus on mathematics and physical science.
• Ability to understand and follow technical instructions.
• Good physical stamina and dexterity.
