Industrial HVAC Technician

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial HVAC Technician to join their dynamic team in Midrand. This crucial role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within industrial settings. • Install, maintain, and repair industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and control systems.
• Perform routine diagnostics and preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure accurate installations and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical problems related to HVAC equipment.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a focus on industrial applications.
• Technical certification in HVAC or a related field is essential.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various types of HVAC equipment and control systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration principles .
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver's license and a clean criminal record.
