PositionSummary
The Accounts Receivable Clerk plays a critical role within the Transactional Accounting group by posting payments to customer accounts in compliance with company financial policies and ensuring accurate and timely recording of customer payment activity.

Days/
Hours:
Monday – Friday;
Hybrid schedule (three days in office, two days remote).
- Post cash receipts accurately into the ERP system.
- Investigate missing or remittance‑cold details for incoming payments.
- Research and resolve unidentified and unallocated payments.
- Send requests to update payment methods to ACH.
- Process debit and credit memos.
- Assist with the monthly revenue accrual and close process.
- Monitor and reinforce accounting processes and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate records and help develop efficient processes.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2‑5 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- 2‑5 years of Customer Service experience.
- Some college coursework in Business, Accounting, Management, Finance or MIS preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, time‑management ability, organization and the capacity to multi‑task.
- Experience in Accounts Receivables and/or Cash Applications.
- Team‑work and independent work proficiency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe PDF or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, self‑motivated, proactive, and professional demeanor.
