Payables Specialist

IDR is seeking a Payables Specialist to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Midvale,UT. This role involves managing invoice processing and data validation within an accounts payable environment for a prominent organization in the industry. The position offers an excellent chance to contribute to a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in financial operations.

• Manage the accurate entry of invoice data into accounting systems.
• Validate data and detect errors to ensure accuracy in accounts payable processing.
• Utilize dual monitors and data entry skills to efficiently handle high-volume transactions.
• Maintain high attention to detail throughout all tasks.
• Support the company's financial operations with a focus on data integrity.
