Role Description

Our administrative team has a full‑time, in‑office career opportunity based in Midvale, UT. This role supports day‑to‑day operations for consulting engineering and surveying teams, as well as office administration and human resources. Responsibilities include managing calendars and scheduling meetings, preparing and formatting documents, reports, and correspondence, organizing project files and records, responding to client inquiries, coordinating project‑related information, and providing front‑line customer service in person, by phone, and via email.

The Administrative Support Specialist will assist with a variety of administrative duties and contribute to continuous improvements in our processes and procedures.

  • Welcome and direct clients to the appropriate person or conference room.
  • Provide front‑line customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with conference room scheduling and calendars.
