Job SummaryWe are seeking a long-term Superintendent. As a Superintendent at CRC Construction, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of commercial construction projects. Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Utilize your knowledge of the commercial construction industry to effectively plan and coordinate subcontractors and manpower to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, identifying and help resolve potential issues in with owners and architects.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with subcontractors and various stakeholders, ensuring efficient project execution and conflict resolution.
- Utilize computer and technology to communicate effectively utilizing tools such as email, web-based tracking systems, PDF documents, cloud-based platforms, and printing/scanning devices.
- Have experience as a superintendent of commercial construction projects and a good understanding of the industry.
- Experience in medical construction is preferred.
- Experience in ground-up construction is preferred.
- Proficiency in project scheduling, understanding the dependencies between different construction phases, and effectively coordinating subcontractors and manpower.
- Ability to read, understand and convey information from architectural drawings.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with subcontractors and stakeholders. Conflict resolution skills are essential.
- Basic computer and technology skills, including the use of email, web-based tracking systems, PDF documents, cloud-based platforms, and printing/scanning.
