Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Assist guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and collect payment in accordance with company guidelines.;
Resolve guest issues through the Make it Right process and follow through on guest requests.;
Process reservations, registration, payment, and departures in accordance with company guidelines.;
Maintain cash, credit card, and city ledger accounts at the property.;
Keep front desk, lobby, and common areas clean and organized; cross-train in housekeeping and laundry as needed.
